Trimble Account Management - Manage user roles for Enterprise licenses – Construsoft Help Center

Trimble Account Management is a web portal developed by Trimble that allows the account owner of the subscription, to manage the whole organization to add new Administrators or Products users. Giving freedom to the account owner to invite all the users they need without extra assistance for Trimble team.

How do I use Trimble Account Management?

In this section we will follow the procedure to invite new company administrators and project users to the organization.

Access Account Management with your Trimble account.
Select the organization where your license has been activated.
This section contains all the sections related to the account.
1. My Products
2. Members
3. Plan Settings
4. Support
Select on Members section.
Invite the new users that belongs to the Enterprise entitelment.

Users can be added individually or in bulk.
Once the user is added to the account, we can set their role as:
1. Project User
2. Company Admin

Role management

In addition to invite new colleagues to the company, we must now the features of each role in the organization.

Considerations

Trimble Account Management doesn't show in "My Prdoducts" the entitelment for Trimble Connect Enterprise or Project, but the license is there it is assigned to that organization.
