How can I create a Trimble ID (TID)?

Trimble Connect applications use Trimble Identity (TID) for identification. You can use your Trimble Identity for various other Trimble products, such as SketchUp, ProjectSight, Tekla Structures, Vico Office, and more! Watch our instructional video here.

Trimble Identity provides single sign-on access for all Trimble products. Use Trimble Identity when signing in to Trimble Connect to access your online licenses.

If Trimble Connect is new to you and you have never signed in to other Trimble software before, you first need to create a Trimble Identity, which you can use to sign in to Trimble Connect and most other Trimble applications. Click here to create your account.


 

1. Click on Create an Account.
2. Enter your details and click Send Code.
3. Set your Account Preferences and click Submit.
4. Follow this step only if setting up multi-factor authentication, otherwise proceed to step 5.
5. Go to your email, enter the received verification code, and click Submit.
6. Create your password according to the displayed instructions, confirm it, and click Submit.
7. Fill in your Connect profile information and click Continue (see also  KI 0640 to view your Trimble Connect profile page).
