Construsoft Online Panel

In Tekla Structures, you have the Construsoft Online panel available in the side pane:

In addition, you can create tickets here and view the status of your tickets.

To access this service, log in with your Zendesk account. If desired, you can change the language.

Under Support Tools, you will find the Remote Assistance tool, so we can take over your PC, and Pack & Go, which allows you to send your model to us:
