We’ve created an account for you in the new Construsoft Support Portal so you can easily:
- Send new support requests
- Track the status of your existing tickets
- Access our knowledge base and resources
To get started, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Construsoft Support portal
2. Click Sign in at the top right.
3. Choose Forgot password? or use the Google or Microsoft connectors with your email. Remember to use the email account that you typically use for communications with our Support team.
4. You will find a new page requesting to enter your email address. Remember to use the email account that you typically use for communications with our Support team.
5. Click the Submit button. If your email address is connected to a registered user in our portal, you will receive a verification email with the activation link. Remember to check your spam folder!
6. You’ll receive an email with a link to set your password and activate your account.
If you don't have an account yet, you can Sign up.
Once you’ve set your password, you can sign in at any time in the Construsoft Support portal.
New users
If it is the first time you are visiting the new Construsoft Support portal, in order for you to get access, the first step will be for you to register as a new user.
7. You can do that by clicking on following link: Sign up
Remember to use the email account that you typically use for communications with our Support team.
8. You will then arrive to this page:
9. Enter your email address and click the Sign up button. You will see the following message:
10. If your email address is valid, you will receive a verification email with the activation link
This link is unique and will expire 24 hours after requesting it. Remember to check your spam folder!
If your email address is connected to a user that is already registered in our portal, you will receive the following message in your email. You can click the Sign in link or Reset your password to continue with the registration process as indicated in step 3:
11. When you click on the link 'Activate account', you will be directed to this page to create a password:
12. After setting up your new password, you will be able to access the Construsoft Support Portal with loads of knowledge articles & useful information.
User profile
If you click on your 'Name' on the top of the page, you will see the different options for you to navigate our portal. There's different actions you can take in the portal; check and update your profile, see your open and resolved support cases, or have a look at your past activities.
